WAIT IS OVER-Madonna Finally Premieres Secret Project Revolution Film

After months of wait and hinting, Madonna finally releases the #secreteproject. It's a complete piece of art- by the photographer Steve Klein. I guess this is what happens when two of the most artistic people come together. The movie is being used to portray the art of freedom. Its an artistic black and white short film showing imprisonment and Government abuse. The movie very artistically shows the hidden truth. You can download the movie here.

"My goal is to show by example of secretprojectrevolution my creative commitment to inspire change in the world through artistic expression, "the material girl/good girl gone bad mom further says, " I hope my film and other submissions to Art for Freedom will be a call to action and give people a place to voice their own creative expression to help fight oppression  intolerance and complacency."

Dare to Wear- A salute to the risk takers!

I have always believed in standing out in a crowd (in a good way and in a bad way as well) as long as you are getting noticed. If you believe in fashion and you do not get noticed then you have to question yourself- "What are you doing so wrong?" Why isn't your expensive outfit not making any difference? Was your investment worth it?
Then whats the point?

You may have a lot of money but wearing expensive clothes is not the real deal but choosing the right outfit is.  What you really need in your wardrobe is "style". If you got that then fashion will swing by anytime.

I personally like taking risk and pushing boundaries. It's fun to see people's reaction, specially if you live in places where fashion is still in its premature stage. I came across these pictures on Pinterest and could not stop myself from sharing it with my readers. Look at these men and the fashion risk that they are pulling off. Totally inspiring. These are few of favorites.

HOW TO- BECOME A MODEL

Tall, skinny, lanky, slender, toned chest, defined torso, bubble butt, Almost like a mannequin. 2013 is all about skinny.

Hello there my lovely readers. Today’s post is brought to you by “MY LAME ASS ATTITUDE”.

For all the 10’s of you who read my blog (yes I finally said it because I don’t think that more than 10 people read my blog and that’s the reason I get drunk before doing the Google analytical count, so that my buzz would make the zeros look multiplied. Sighhh
Anyway… so for all my blog readers who have an eating disorder just like I have and like to eat and eat and wonder why you do not get a skinny body like MODELS? I have a simple solution for you.

Thanks to my dear friend Jacopo Frallicciardi from Rome for gracing my blog with his picture.

HOW TO BECOME A MODEL-

  • Do not eat solid food- It’s considered a mortal sin. Drink water early morning, poop, get fresh, drink some lemon water, have two spoon full of cereals. Keep all the food items out of your reach. Go to your bedroom. Stick a teen model’s photo on your wall, look at it,  tie a rope around your stomach and tell yourself- “I’m going to be skinny”. YELL IT OUT LOUD.

  • Eat a cheese cube- (Let me throw in a bit of Devil Wears Prada). When  you think you are about to faint, then have a piece of cheese cube.  Not more than that ha….. you don’t wanna be called fat by all those ugly people out there  (now I am Amanda Bynes) lol.

  • Wear a girdle- If you are a woman then consider wearing a corset or a girdle and if you are a man then go to the men’s section of Victoria’s Secret and ask for Men’s girdle (talking Will &Grace). They will probably hurt real bad as your tummy will be squeezed to size 0 from size ….. ( well lets jot go there). You might experience occasional dizziness due to hunger pangs and every walking by person may look like a ham and cheese burger and your brain will almost get no oxegen but who cares because at the end of the day your pictures will come out perfect and that’s what matters rite?

  • Gym 24/7-  Consider going to the gym all the 7 days of week. Do not talk to anyone there specially the trainers as they will suggest you to eat but bare in mind that models do not eat.

  • Live in denial- If in this process you fall sick and collapse and the doctors tell you that you’re getting anorexic and you need to eat then just deny that. Like doctor’s know human body so well………pppfffffffff!!!!!

  • Put make up- If you see you are getting dark circle and your eyes are constantly eager for rest then start using lot of make up. People must not know what you have been doing to get skinny. They must only feel jealous. That’s the whole idea rite??

Back to reality.

My dear friends…. Please do not do anything that I just mentioned above. I have a habit of talking crap. No matter how intelligent I try to talk, it still is considered stupid.
You do not need to be skinny to look like a model. Just stay fit. Be confident. Keep your self image strong, eat right, exercise, dress well. You do not need to look like a cut out of a magazine in real life. You can just be yourself and look as good and never ever be afraid to express yourself. For some health tip, take a look at my last month's blog about fitness which I did with a friend of mine.

Megamart Mega Model hunt 2013/ Bangalore.

I had always dreamt of becoming a model, having a glamorous life, with cameras flashing around me, walking the ramp-fresh on the runway, signing autographs and people looking up to me and saying “ waaooo......look at him....perfection would be an understatement” but instead I have people looking at me raising their eyebrows  and shout out loud- “ What the hell is that formless piece of clay?”

Sighhhhh..... Dear God, Why Why Why this unkindness with me? Why dint you make me drool worthy so that people could objectify me, look at me and go RAWWRRR.... and think dirty???  What’s the point of living if I am unable to pollute peoples mind and their intentions by my sexually irresistible appearance?

Annnyywaayy.... now that the disaster has already happened, might as well live with it because I don’t think so there is any plastic surgeon doc enough to reconstruct me. Pfffffff....

Well now getting to the point. On Saturday I got a chance to attend the “Bangalore Mega Model Hunt” show. Lot of eye candies I must say. Looking around and wondering WTF......there were cleavages and naked torsos all around the place. I was intimidated, so I decided to get critical and pin point faults and make fun of others just to get over my own insecurities. Hah... I am so classy!

The event was organised by a well known fashionisto of Bangalore “Prasad Bidapa”. Bringing all the good looking and talented youth from all around the country into one place for the fashion fight.

The show displayed appealing outfits, the jewellery designed by young designers from Vogue institute. I must say I fell in love with the accessories. They altogether did a good job at putting up a show. There were 14 participants who won different titles and who will be trained and will be featured in magazines, ad campaigns, will be on the runway for famous Indian fashion designers and in the commercials.

The best part of the night was - I got to sit right in the front and I had no clue that super model Carol Gracious was one of the judges and was seated two feet away from me. I was sooo engrossed in the show and with my camera that I dint even wanna blink my eyes. I managed to get some courage to go to her and ask for a picture and she said -SURE.
